Society of Women Engineers at CSU

The Society of Women Engineers at CSU aim to support female engineers and increase the presensce of women in the engineering world. They hold events, summer programs and career presentations for women. All in person events are cancelled for 2020 but many great resources are still available.

Athena Project

The Athena Project celebrate women in the arts through summer programs for play writing, fashion design, improv and standup comedy. This is only available up until 10th grade. They hold many other events which aim to empower female artists.

Teach A Girl To Lead

Rutgers University has a Teach a Girl to Lead programs which gathers leadership opportunities for young women. They have six for CO. *It has six sites so we can just link those six sites with descriptions to our website instead of using another website to direct people.* 

Girls Do Math

Girls do Math is a camp for young women through Colorado Mesa UNiversity. They create an environment of support for young female mathematicians to do math. It is taught by an all female staff and features female presenter as well. *for 9th graders only* 

IGNITE International

IGNITE is a great resource for women interested in politics. They have a middle school, high school and college level work. They help young women build a network and features several leadership programs.
