Engineering Design Summer Institute at UCLA (offered remotely)
In this fully remote institute, students will work with the faculty director and undergraduate students in small teams to get introductory experience with IoT (internet of things) devices and learn more about computing. Individuals 14 years and older and in grades 8-12 are eligible to join.
Engineering Summer Academy at UPenn
Any motivated and talented high school students from around the world or local to UPenn are welcome to explore the field of engineering at the UPenn Engineering Summer Academy. This is an intensive, three-week program that combines theory and hands-on activities for practical experience. You get to work with UPenn's leading faculty and earn college credits!
Student Trainee Pathways Internship Program
The Colorado Institute for Telecommunication Sciences is looking for bright and innovative individuals to join the Pathways Internship Program (IP), where they will assist senior computer and electronic engineers in the electrical or computer engineering field. This requires many prerequisites and applicants should be able to adapt thier knowledge and skills to additional tasks. This is a great opportunity to get an experience of professional work.
Boeing High School Scholars Program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
This is a highy selective pre-college summer program. It offers high school students experience in college level engineering course work alongside other other like-minded peers. Students can receive a full scholarship to attend the program and there are a variety of aerosapce engineering tracks to choose from.
